SolidMeta DMCA Policy

Introduction

SolidMeta respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, as amended (DMCA), SolidMeta has adopted a policy for addressing copyright infringement that includes the removal of allegedly infringing content and the suspension or termination of accounts of repeat infringers.

For AI-Generated Content, copyright protection may vary by jurisdiction. SolidMeta will process DMCA notices related to AI-Generated Content in the same manner as other content, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable laws.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the SolidMeta platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify SolidMeta by providing the following information in writing to our designated Copyright Agent:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit SolidMeta to contact the complaining party (address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to SolidMeta, including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that has been removed and its prior location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if outside the US, for any judicial district in which SolidMeta may be found).

Repeat Infringer Policy

SolidMeta has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at SolidMeta’s sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
