Welcome to SolidMeta, a leading platform designed to foster creativity and efficiency in your creative projects through innovative AI technology. Our suite of services, including innovative data storage, sharing solutions, and advanced AI generation and analytics features, is designed to elevate your creative endeavors. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SolidMeta’s services, software, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. About SolidMeta & Contracting Entity
SolidMeta is an international platform. The entity you are contracting with depends on your location:
- For Users in the United States: You are contracting with SolidMeta Inc, managing US Distribution rights.

File Number: 806321050. - For Users in Europe and the Rest of the World: You are contracting with Unevis GmbH, managing European and International distribution rights.
Address: Paulinenallee 55, Hamburg 22769, Germany. - Intellectual Property Owner: The SolidMeta platform IP is owned by Unevis Ventures, LDA (Portugal), which licenses the platform to the entities above for distribution.
For the purposes of these Terms, “SolidMeta”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the applicable entity based on your location.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies applicable to specific components of our Services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.
3. Definitions
- “Services”: All software, websites, and services provided by SolidMeta.
- “Content Data”: Files, 2D & 3D media content, messages, and any materials you provide on the platform.
- “AI Analytics”: The processing and analysis of data through AI for service improvement and personalized experiences.
- “AI-Generated Content”: Images, 3D files, or other materials created using SolidMeta’s AI tools.
4. AI-Enhanced Features and Analytics
SolidMeta employs AI to deliver tailored and improved user experiences through:
- Task Engagement & Management: Optimizing collaboration by analyzing user task engagement.
- Incident Analysis: Enhancing reliability and support by examining incident tickets and patterns.
- Project Efficiency: Refining project management tools through analysis of project timelines and digital metadata.
- Digital Metadata: Providing comprehensive metadata analysis for your 3D modeling and 2D media projects.
- Anonymous Tracking: When enabled by an administrator, this feature allows for the collection of activity data without personal identification, ensuring privacy while providing valuable insights.
- AI Analytics Using Communication Data: We employ AI analytics on chat messages and timings to offer our Analytics Services.
5. AI Training with Your Content
Your content enriches our AI’s learning, enabling sophisticated features such as image recognition and generative AI services. By using our Services, you permit us to use your Content Data for these purposes, including to train and improve our AI models.
6. AI-Generated Content
SolidMeta’s AI tools allow you to generate images, 3D files, and other content (“AI-Generated Content”).
- Ownership: You retain ownership of AI-Generated Content you create, subject to applicable laws. You are free to use your AI-Generated Content for commercial purposes. However, AI-Generated Content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions.
- Similarity of Output: You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning, AI tools may generate the same or similar content for other users. You agree that you have no claim against other users or SolidMeta for such similarities.
- License to SolidMeta: By generating AI-Generated Content, you grant SolidMeta a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, share (as directed by you), and analyze such content for the purposes of providing the Services and improving our AI models.
- Limitations: We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or legality of AI-Generated Content.
7. Your Content & Permissions
You retain ownership of Your Content. However, to provide our Services, we need certain legal permissions from you.
- License Grant: By using our Services, you grant SolidMeta a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and share Your Content and chat data for the purposes of AI training, analytics, and providing the Services.
- Representations and Warranties of Ownership: By uploading, creating, or submitting any content to SolidMeta, you represent and warrant that you are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to such content, or that you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, consents, and releases from the relevant rights holders to grant SolidMeta the licenses described herein. You explicitly agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
8. Content Sharing and Moderation (DataHub)
SolidMeta’s DataHub module enables you to share Your Content. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
- User Control: You may control visibility via settings.
- Strict Prohibition on Piracy: You may strictly only use the DataHub to share content that you created or for which you have express written permission to distribute. The use of SolidMeta to store or distribute unauthorized copies of copyrighted works—including but not limited to commercial movies, TV shows, music albums, video games, or software—is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such content and terminate the accounts of users who use the platform for piracy.
- Active Monitoring & Illegal Content: SolidMeta employs automated systems and human review to detect and prevent the upload of illegal material. We reserve the right to scan uploaded data for prohibited content, specifically including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and non-consensual explicit content.
- Enforcement: If we identify content that violates these Terms or applicable law, we will remove the content immediately, suspend or terminate the user account, and report illegal content to relevant authorities.
- Backup Disclaimer: While SolidMeta performs regular system backups, the DataHub is not intended to be your sole archival service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your Content Data.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership over the content you produce. SolidMeta is granted a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, including AI training and analytics.
10. Subscription, Payment, and Withdrawal
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed by SolidMeta Inc (US) or Unevis GmbH (EU).
- No Refunds on Subscriptions: Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
- EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht): If you are a consumer in the European Union, you typically have a right to withdraw from contracts within 14 days. However, by purchasing a subscription or digital service from SolidMeta, you expressly consent to us beginning the performance of the contract immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed or access has been granted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SolidMeta Inc, Unevis GmbH, Unevis Ventures LDA, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of any term of these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
SolidMeta provides its Services “as is” and does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidMeta disclaims all warranties. In no event shall SolidMeta be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or specific damages arising out of your use of the platform.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- For US Users: Governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
- For Non-US Users: Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes resolved in the competent courts of Hamburg, Germany.
- Class Action Waiver (US Only): You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis.
14. Termination
You may terminate your use of the Services at any time. SolidMeta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.
15. User Conduct
Prohibited content and activities include Illegal Acts, Child Exploitation (CSAM), Copyright Violation & Piracy, Prohibited Explicit Content, and Malware.
16. Export Controls
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations.
17. User Account
You must be at least 13 years of age to create a SolidMeta account.
18. Copyright and DMCA Policy
SolidMeta respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the DMCA.
